The EIGER SWISS RESTAURANT is run by husband and wife team Alain & Ruth Will. Between them they have some seventy years of experience in the hospitality business.
Ruth, born in Switzerland, arrived in Australia in 1970 and has been working in Restaurants and Clubs ever since.
First on a part time basis, since 1981 full time.
A selftaught cook she spoils the customers with genuine homecooked Swiss food and generous portions.
Alain, born in the Lorraine, France, is a trained pastry chef, who spent the 1970s working in several top hotels in Switzerland before migrating to Australia in 1980.
He owned a Patisserie for ten years before he decided to go into business with his wife and together they opened the EIGER in 1991.
He looks after the front part of the Restaurant in his very own style and also tempts diners with his delicious desserts.

They truly are a great team!
